Once you're trained, you're not micromanaged. You pick up assignments and run the visit your way, as long as the standard holds.
Start at $20 a visit. Earn more as you go.
Pay per completed visit goes up as you complete more of them. No renegotiating, it just moves automatically as you hit each level.
Hit 50 completed visits and you get your own coverage area. Assignments in your territory come to you first, before they go to anyone else.
