Pricing

You never pay to find out if it's worth it.

Your first project runs free through the proposal. After that, one flat monthly rate plus a share of what actually gets built, split between getting it signed and managing it through completion.

Phase 1
Free Trial Project
$0
Your first qualified lead, handled through proposal. Runs 2 weeks, no monthly charge.

  • Full call to proposal process, either way
  • No monthly charge to run it
  • If it signs, the same fee applies as Decked Commercial, no separate trial rate

How the 2% splits: 1% is a Contract Administration Fee, earned when the contract is signed. The other 1% is a Commercial Management Fee, billed across the project's payment schedule as it's actually paid, and it applies to approved change orders too, not just the original number.

3 month minimum, then month to month, cancel with 30 days notice.

For comparison: an unqualified lead from Angi or HomeAdvisor runs $50 to $300 for a name and a number, nothing built. This is a full site visit, estimate, and proposal, for less, plus everything that keeps the deal organized after you sign.

Built Around How You Work

Your process, not a template.

This isn't a rigid system you have to bend around. However you already run your business, your pricing rules, your communication style, your preferred materials, your scheduling, that's what we build around. You tell us how your company sells and prices jobs, and we run it your way, not ours.

How Payment Actually Works

When you pay, and what you never pay for.

What We Bill
  • The flat monthly rate, billed monthly once you continue past the free trial project
  • Any additional consultations beyond the 5 included each month, at $175 each
  • A 1% Contract Administration Fee, invoiced when the contract is signed
  • A 1% Commercial Management Fee, billed across the project's payment schedule as it's paid, including approved change order value
What We Never Touch
  • Any payment, deposit, or fee from your homeowner, ever
  • Money from the optional invoicing feature, it only schedules the request, it doesn't collect
  • Your business's own funds or accounts, at any point

If you fall behind on payment: new leads are paused until the account is current. Existing signed jobs are not affected.

Beyond The Rate

Payment coordination is built in, not an add-on.

Building the payment schedule, sending reminders under your name, tracking what's due, and reconciling everything at closeout, that's part of Decked Commercial. Need help structuring financing options for a homeowner too? That's available on request. Either way, the same rule holds: we never touch your money.
