Remote first

We work where we work best. No mandatory office. Async by default. Occasional in-person when it matters.

Tulum live/work quarters

We have a live/work space in Tulum, Mexico available to the team. Flight and food covered when you go, we have a chef. Come when you need to focus or just want a change of scenery.

No bureaucracy

You do not need three approvals to ship something. If it is the right call and you can defend it, you make it.
