Decked ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Decked pre-construction consultation platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.
When a homeowner completes a Decked consultation, we collect the information they provide during the session. This includes name, phone number, email address if provided, project scope, budget range, style preferences, measurements, room photos and inspiration photos, and any free-text notes entered during the flow.
We collect account information including name, business name, email, and phone number. We also collect usage data such as lead volume, completion rates, and account activity. Contractors who set up agency or white label accounts provide billing information processed by our payment provider.
We collect standard web analytics including IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and session duration. We use this to improve the product and diagnose issues. We do not sell this data.
We do not use homeowner consultation data for advertising. We do not sell any personal information to third parties.
Homeowner consultation data is shared with the specific contractor the homeowner is consulting with. That contractor may be operating under their own brand name via Decked's white label program. Homeowners using a white-label version of Decked may not see the Decked name anywhere in their experience.
We share data with service providers who help us operate the platform, including cloud infrastructure, payment processing, and communication services. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and cannot use it for their own purposes.
Homeowner consultation data is retained for as long as the associated contractor account is active. Contractors may request deletion of specific consultations from their dashboard. When a contractor account is closed, associated homeowner data is deleted within 90 days unless retention is required by law.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
If you are a homeowner who used Decked through a contractor's branded experience and wish to access or delete your data, email the same address with your name and the approximate date of your consultation.
